Privacy policy

What data is collected, why and for how long it is kept.

This site is an information website of Dr. Aynura Ibrahimova (pediatric neurologist, Baku). Its purpose is to educate parents and make booking an appointment easier. Below we explain what data is collected and how it is used.

What data is collected

Appointment form: your name, phone number, preferred contact method, a convenient time and an optional short note. You are not required to write any medical information in the note; the detailed conversation takes place at the visit. Together with the form, a one-way hash of your IP address and the browser type (not a full identifier) are stored for spam protection.

WhatsApp and phone: information you send through these channels is subject to those services’ own privacy terms.

Technical data: site speed measurements (Core Web Vitals) are collected anonymously, without any personal identifier.

Information about children

The appointment form is filled out by a parent or legal representative. A child’s medical information is not collected or stored through the site; all medical records are kept only at the medical facility.

How long data is kept

Appointment requests are kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically. If you want your request deleted sooner, write to us.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not require cookies to work. Analytics (visit statistics) starts only after you give consent; without consent, no tracker is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site.

Third parties

Your data is not sold to third parties and is not shared for advertising. The site’s fonts, icons and scripts are loaded from the site’s own server; a request to external services (for example, a map) is sent only when you press the relevant button.

Your rights

You have the right to see your data, correct it or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, write to us through the channels on the contact page.

Changes

When the policy changes, the update date is shown on this page.
